These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and mvpph ("mvpph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the mvpph online gaming platform available at mvpph.one and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform"). 2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the mvpph Platform. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and the guidelines of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The mvpph Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. mvpph makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the mvpph Platform:
3.1 Single Account. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the mvpph Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. mvpph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with such accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Verification. mvpph may require you to verify your identity at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when required by applicable law or regulation. Verification may include submission of a government-issued identification document, proof of address, or other documentation as reasonably requested by mvpph.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mvpph Login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify mvpph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. mvpph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.5 Account Closure. mvpph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms, or any activity that may harm the integrity of the Platform.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. mvpph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be accepted subject to availability.
4.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. In compliance with Philippine regulations, mvpph does not accept deposits funded by credit cards for gambling purposes. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are not accepted on the mvpph Platform.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on mvpph is ₱200, unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion or payment method.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. mvpph aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification.
4.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use. mvpph prohibits the use of funds derived from illegal activity.
5.1 mvpph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates.
5.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Real money funds deposited by the player are used before bonus funds in game play, unless otherwise specified.
5.3 mvpph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotions, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.
5.4 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
6.1 All games available on the mvpph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.
6.2 Digital games on the mvpph Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure that all outcomes are random and fair. Live dealer games are provided by established third-party providers and are subject to their respective certification and audit requirements.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game session, mvpph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the player's account. mvpph's decision in such matters is final.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mvpph Platform:
7.2 mvpph reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated winnings and bonuses, and to report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
8.1 mvpph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your mvpph account settings.
8.2 Players who wish to self-exclude from the mvpph Platform may do so by contacting the mvpph support team or by using the self-exclusion tool in their account settings. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and will remain in effect for the period selected by the player.

9.1 All content on the mvpph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface elements, is the property of mvpph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of mvpph.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mvpph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 mvpph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude mvpph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 mvpph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the mvpph Privacy Policy.
11.2 mvpph implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and mvpph cannot guarantee absolute security.
11.3 mvpph may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties where required by applicable Philippine law or regulation.
12.1 mvpph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mvpph will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
12.2 Your continued use of the mvpph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.3 mvpph operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR for online gaming in the Philippines. Players are encouraged to familiarize themselves with applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations.
